By accessing or using the Website, You agree to abide by these Terms.

Registration and Account

Account Creation

  • To access and use the services provided by eTaskerly, you must create an account on the platform. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
  • During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, and other relevant details.

Account Security

Services

Freelancer/Seller Responsibilities

  • Freelancers/Sellers agree to accurately represent their skills, experience, and services in their service listings. The information provided should be complete and reflect the quality of services they can deliver.
  • Freelancers/Sellers are responsible for setting clear expectations about the scope of work, deadlines, deliverables, and any other relevant details in their service descriptions.
  • Freelancers/Sellers must deliver the services as described in their service listings and communicate effectively with Buyers throughout the project’s duration.
  • Freelancers/Sellers are encouraged to provide high-quality work and adhere to professional standards. Any communication and work performed must be respectful, ethical, and in compliance with these Terms of Service.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing Freelancers/Sellers’ service listings and selecting the services that match their requirements.
  • Buyers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, including any specific instructions, preferences, and deadlines.
  • Upon selecting a Freelancer/Seller and purchasing a service, Buyers agree to make full payment upfront through eTaskerly’s payment system.
  • Buyers must communicate clearly and promptly with the chosen Freelancer/Seller to ensure smooth collaboration and timely completion of the project.

Communication and Work Delivery

  • All communication between Freelancers/Sellers and Buyers related to services should take place within eTaskerly’s messaging system. Sharing personal contact information is not allowed until an order has been placed.
  • Freelancers/Sellers are responsible for delivering completed work to Buyers within the agreed-upon timeframe and by the specifications outlined in the service listing.
  • Buyers must provide timely feedback on the delivered work and communicate any necessary revisions or adjustments to Freelancers/Sellers.

Fees and Payments

Service Fees

  • eTaskerly operates on a transparent fee structure to facilitate the seamless exchange of services between Freelancers/Sellers and Buyers.
  • Freelancers/Sellers are not charged any fees for listing their services on eTaskerly’s platform. Listing services are free of charge.
  • eTaskerly charges a service fee to Freelancers/Sellers for each completed transaction. The service fee is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction amount, as outlined in the eTaskerly Fee Schedule.
  • The service fee is deducted from the total payment received from the Buyer before the funds are released to the Freelancer/Seller. The remaining amount is disbursed to the Freelancer/Seller’s account.

Payment Processing Fees

  • Buyers may be subject to payment processing fees based on the chosen payment method and the policies of the payment gateway used by eTaskerly.
  • Payment processing fees are separate from the eTaskerly service fee and are applied by the third-party payment provider. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the payment processing fees associated with their chosen payment method.

Payment Process

  • When a Buyer purchases a service from a Freelancer/Seller, the total payment amount, including the service fee and any applicable payment processing fees, is collected by eTaskerly and held in a secure account.
  • Upon successful completion of the service and approval by the Buyer, eTaskerly releases the funds (minus the service fee) to the Freelancer/Seller’s account.
  • eTaskerly strives to process payments on time, but processing times may vary depending on factors such as payment method, location, and external payment provider processing times.

Disputes and Refunds

  • In the event of a dispute between a Freelancer/Seller and a Buyer, eTaskerly may act as a mediator to help resolve the issue.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached and a refund is deemed appropriate, eTaskerly’s Refund Policy will govern the refund process.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed following eTaskerly’s Refund Policy and may include the return of the service fee to the Freelancer/Seller.

Currency Conversion

  • eTaskerly operates in multiple currencies. If payment is made in a currency different from the Freelancer/Seller’s or Buyer’s native currency, a currency conversion may apply.
  • Currency conversion rates are determined by the payment gateway and may include additional fees. Buyers and Freelancers/Sellers are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their payment provider.

Payment Security

  • eTaskerly employs secure payment processing systems and encryption technologies to safeguard sensitive payment information and ensure the security of financial transactions.
  • Users are advised to use caution and protect their account information from unauthorized access. eTaskerly will never ask for sensitive payment information via email or other unsecured communication channels.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Work

  • Freelancers/Sellers retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to the work they create while providing services on eTaskerly’s platform.
  • By accepting a service offer and making a payment, Buyers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the delivered work solely for the purpose it was intended. This license does not grant Buyers ownership of intellectual property rights.
  • Freelancers/Sellers and Buyers are encouraged to clarify ownership and usage rights in their communications and service agreements.

Copyright and Licensing

  • Freelancers/Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the work they deliver does not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Freelancers/Sellers may offer different licensing options in their service listings. Buyers should review and agree to the licensing terms before making a purchase.
  • Buyers must respect the licensing terms provided by Freelancers/Sellers and adhere to any restrictions or permissions outlined in the service agreement.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

  • If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content on eTaskerly’s platform, please contact our support team to report the infringement.
  • In your report, provide specific details about the infringing content, the intellectual property rights being violated, and evidence of ownership or authorization.
  • eTaskerly will review the reported infringement and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling the infringing content.

Dispute Resolution

eTaskerly is committed to promoting a fair and transparent environment for all users of the platform. While conflicts and disputes may arise, we encourage users to approach them professionally and collaboratively.

Communication and Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute or conflict between Freelancers/Sellers and Buyers, the first step is to engage in open and respectful communication to resolve the issue.
  • Users are encouraged to address concerns, misunderstandings, or disagreements through direct messaging on the platform.
  • During this stage, users should provide clear information about the dispute, including the nature of the issue, relevant details, and potential solutions.

Mediation by eTaskerly

  • If direct communication does not lead to a resolution, users may request the assistance of eTaskerly’s support team to mediate the dispute.
  • Users can reach out to eTaskerly through the designated channels and provide all relevant information about the dispute.
  • eTaskerly’s support team will review the information provided by both parties and may facilitate communication to help reach a mutually agreeable resolution.

Prohibited Activities

eTaskerly is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all users of the platform. By using the platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Fraudulent or Misleading Conduct

  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information about your skills, experience, qualifications, or services.
